Look for the
to determine if there is electronic access; if there is an electronic

Holdings information
- Recent issues are located in the Reading
Room.
- Older issues lists the bound volumes
available in the lower levels of the stack.
- Status lists volumes held in library
workroom or volumes sent to bindery.
Check Electronic Journal List at http://library.luhs.org
and click on e-journals. The e-journal list will also show the
dates of coverage for electronic access.
All journals are shelved alphabetically by exact
title.
New issues are received daily and placed on the
Current Shelves in the Reading Room.
Periodically unbound issues are sent out for binding.
This takes approximately 6 weeks.
Interlibrary Loan is available to obtain articles
from journals at the bindery.
- Titles beginning with A-C are one level down.
- Titles beginning with D-Z are two levels down.
Sorting shelves at Circulation (awaiting shelving).
Left on carts by the photocopy room.
In use by patrons or left on a table or in a study
carrel.
Most missing journals reappear within
approximately 24 hours.
Ask at the Circulation Desk to have a search done for the missing volume
.
Consider Interlibrary Loan if the journal cannot
be found.
